Originally named Synergy Development (1992–2016), we have established a long-standing reputation as a leading builder of user-centric IT solutions and services. Our expertise spans a wide range of legacy and current technologies, including Active Directory, application delivery, ERP systems, cloud-native infrastructure, data migration, virtualization, and more.

While we continue to enjoy the privilege of serving our enterprise clients, we are a small business ourselves, regularly interacting with small to mid-market enterprises. We’ve found that businesses, typically ranging from 20 to 500 seats, are eager for an organization that can deliver enterprise-class IT and security services to their market segment—particularly in key verticals such as manufacturing, community health centers, the food handling industry, and PE-backed tech companies.
