How A Subscription To Forthright’s SupportIT Help Desk Services Works

SupportIT provides your team with Omnichannel communication options including integration with your existing ITSM. Packages start with two FixIT tickets a month, each with unlimited phone support. From there, clients can increase the number of FixIT tickets, selecting the appropriate service hours, and adding enterprise engineering services (ETUs or Engagement Team Units) to their service contract.

Annual Multi-Vendor Support Packages

For a limited time, we’re offering a bonus of 1 ETU for Foundation, 4 ETUs for Business, and 8 ETUs for Production. An ETU is a block of 15 hours that gives you access to all of our professional services resources, processes, and tools – available on-demand when you want to hand off more than the troubleshooting but the actual remediation work as well.

Enterprise-Grade Help Desk Services Provided By Forthright

Although guided ticket resolution is included in our SupportIT Subscription Services, ETUs will come in handy for the development of RCAs, scripting, automation, and independent engineering tasks. Additional annual ETUs can be purchased upon request at $3,750 per ETU and additional FixIT tickets can be purchased at $750 Foundation / $1,250 Business.
