On behalf of Forthright and Nutanix, we would like to thank everyone who came out to the event at the Nexus Shooting Range. It was great seeing some familiar faces and making some new introductions. Between the new announcements from Forthright and Nutanix and the target practice in Nexus’ state-of-the-art digital range, it was a day of excitement all around.

We want to thank Nutanix for sponsoring this event and sharing some of the new developments revealed at .NEXT 2017. Nutanix Calm is a generational addition coming to the Nutanix Enterprise Cloud Platform, providing application automation and lifecycle management spanning cloud environments. It works across both Nutanix-powered private clouds and public clouds and will help IT departments become more agile and application centric. Nutanix Xi Cloud Services provide a native extension to the Nutanix Enterprise Cloud Platform, delivering an integrated public cloud environment that can be instantly provisioned and automatically configured. Offered as a service, Xi is expected to provide solutions for a variety of IT needs. The first Xi service is being offered around Disaster Recovery – enabling organizations to protect all of the applications and data running on your Nutanix platform without the need to deploy and manage a separate disaster recovery solution.
